Q: How much advance notice do you need?
Generally, on most food only orders, we recommend at least a week’s notice to guarantee your requests. However, when staffing, rentals, seasonal issues are also involved, we recommend from 3 to 6 months.
Q: Do you have staff Available?
Yes we can secure staff for your event. We have independent staff such as chef’s, wait staff and bartenders available for your hire. We charge a $35.00 / Per Staff booking fee. Please request additional information
Q: I need china, can you help me?
Yes we can! We will arrange china, linens, glassware, chafing dishes, tents and charcoal grills, etc. We can even turn your garage into a temporary kitchen. All rentals are delivered directly to the event location. We charge a 15% handling fee based on your total rental bill. Check out our photo gallery for ideas.
Q: I don’t know whether I can fit 40 people at my party. Can you provide suggestions?
Yes we can! But first, we need to like to view your space and then make some suggestions. Please call us for the details. There is no charge for a on-site consultations.
Q: Do you know where I can get a pianist and a DJ?
Absolutely! We have a recommended list of musicians available. Further information may be obtained by calling our office at (914) 337-2735.
Q: I need flowers for the buffet table, can you provide ?
Absolutely, let us know what you need.
Q: Can you provide heating instructions for the food? Yes, we will provide detailed instructions for you at time of delivery. We are also happy to email a copy of our general heating instructions upon request.
